LION SAFETY SOLUTIONS EXPANDS INTO CALIFORNIA TO ACCELERATE ITS NATIONAL GROWTH PLANS

ACQUISITION ALLOWS LION’S TOTALCARE BUSINESS TO SERVE MORE FIRE DEPARTMENTS ACROSS THE STATE AND WESTERN U.S.

LION Safety Solutions, a business unit of LION Group Inc., has acquired Turnout Maintenance Company, a Los Angeles-area verified Independent Service Provider (ISP) that cleans, inspects and repairs firefighter gear.

The acquisition allows LION Safety Solutions to bring its TotalCare service and gear maintenance programs to Southern California. As the first LION TotalCare location in California—and the second on the West Coast—the new facility will help meet demand in the state and across the region. The facility will offer CO₂ decontamination services, widely considered the gold standard in PPE cleaning.
