NEW ACQUISITION ALLOWS LION’S TOTALCARE BUSINESS TO SERVE MORE FIRE DEPARTMENTS ACROSS THE STATE AND SOUTHEAST.

LION Safety Solutions, a business unit of LION Group Inc., has acquired Florida PPE Services, a verified Independent Service Provider (ISP) dedicated to keeping firefighters safe and healthy.

The acquisition allows LION Safety Solutions to bring its TotalCare service and gear maintenance programs to a growing customer base. As the second LION TotalCare location in the Southeast, the new facility—based in Central Florida—will help meet increasing demand in the state and across the region.

Herbert has started multiple companies that help firefighters clean their gear and themselves. As part of the acquisition, she will be joining the LION Safety Solutions leadership team as Vice President of Government Relations and Advocacy.
