Lion Training Complexes
Design fire training structures and complexes to simulate neighborhoods, communities, cities, airports, industrial complexes or any other multi-building center.
LION’s TrainingReady Units (TRUs), which resemble shipping containers, combine realism and safety to provide the ultimate firefighter training experience. More than simple props, these systems are fully integrated, modular training environments that support a range of scenarios—from live fire and confined space training to damage control simulations.
Our fire training containers have moveable walls and interchangeable props to let you create custom scenarios. Each TRU comes with a slew of safety features so you can focus more on the training and less on the risk.
These turnkey systems deliver consistent, controlled conditions and are a great solution for department and organizations looking for scalable training structures.
Right Training, Right Tools
Our TRUs support a range of firefighter training scenarios and simulations. No matter your objective, we can meet your needs. Choose from Confined Space, Digital Fire Simulation, Smart Class A, Smart Class B and Damage Control.
Minimal Downtime
The built-in intelligent controls make it easy to start, stop and repeat firefighter training sessions. That means less downtime—and more time for multiple crews to train.
Flexible, Versatile
The flexible design lets you quickly create custom layouts and real-world configurations. The result? Your team masters the skill they’re learning, not the scenario they’re in.
Safety Is Standard
Fully automated safety features monitor temperatures, ventilation, gas levels and more. These safeguards help reduce risks compared with uncontrolled live-fire sessions.
Choose from a range of fire training containers and systems designed to meet your specific goals.
These TrainingReady Units feature modular cages and smoke generators to help firefighters practice working in confined spaces with limited visibility. You can quickly adjust the layout and add obstacles to ramp up the realism.
Our digital units combine LED flames, sound and smoke to mimic a real fire. In these digital simulators, flames respond to a water hose or laser nozzle—and the fire only goes out if you use proper firefighting techniques.
Experience real fire, heat and smoke in a controlled environment. Class A units come with a burn crib, fuel-assisted pilot module, high-temp insulation and a water-suppression system—plus temperature monitors and central ventilation.
LION is capable of supplying all the necessary training tools and structures for your structural fire departments. Contact LION with your training objective, and we will work with you to custom craft a solution.

Versatile technical rescue and recovery wear certified to both NFPA 1999 and 1951.
A fire training container is a modular system designed to simulate real-world fire and emergency scenarios in a controlled environment. These units allow firefighters to train safely while maintaining realistic conditions.
Class A training involves ordinary combustible materials like wood and paper, while Class B training focuses on flammable liquids and gases. Each requires different training approaches and fire behavior understanding.
LION’s TrainingReady Units are designed for rapid deployment and setup. Once installed at your location, you can quickly train your teams with minimal delay.
They support a wide range of training including live-fire scenarios, confined space work, and search and rescue. They also support ventilation training, firefighter survival and industrial emergency response simulations.
Yes. These systems are designed with built-in safety controls, monitoring and compliance features to create controlled environments that reduce risk while maintaining realism.
