Glide™-AraFlo®

This high-tech firefighter turnout liner delivers very high THL values and reduces the risk of water-related burn injuries. The Glide™ face cloth wicks perspiration quickly, but the entire system carries less water and dries more rapidly than any other traditionally-oriented concept. Uses two layers of spunlace and a low-friction face cloth. However, both the 2.3 oz/yd2 E-89™ and the 1.5 oz/yd2 apertured AraFlo® layers are finished by DuPont™ with Teflon® F high-performance water resistance. This is only available with Fusion™, PBI Max® or PBI® Matrix outer shells.
