Jeff brings over twenty years of U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) experience to the Lion Government Group management team. Jeff retired from the Marine Corps in 2004, after serving as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer. He has worked for several Fortune 100 Companies in positions of increased responsibility.
Jeff began his civilian career at Lowe’s Home Improvement (Distribution Division) as a Training Coach and then advanced to Assistant Regional Transportation Manager. His most recent position prior to joining the Lion team was Facility Manager, UPS MI, Supply Chain Solutions. Jeff’s current position is the U.S. Marine Corps West Coast Regional Manager for the Individual Issue Facility (IIF) where he supervises multiple sites, coordinates and leads activities associated with Lion Apparel West Coast Distribution Network in support of the USMC IIF Program. As a seasoned manager, Jeff has experience in warehouse operations management, transportation, process improvements and customer service, along with employee training and development. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Jeff holds a B.S. in Workforce Education, Training and Development. He is currently pursuing an MBA with National University.
